Collect and organize technical data; prepare drawings, plans, and documentation for diverse global projects, with a primary focus on fit-out projects within existing buildings Design architectural and engineering plans and prepare specifications Seek input from and collaborate with professionals across various fields Monitor the work of local engineers; provide guidance to general contractors or subcontractors during the construction phase; remotely supervise workers executing layout designs Network and consult with various industry professionals Maintain and update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional organizations, and industry publications; stay current with new technologies and industry developments Act as a technical reference within the team for construction methods, detailing, and buildability Support projects involving new construction or broader building-level scope when required Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously Prepare project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation Oversee the bidding process Ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project requirements are met Maintain cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Ensure effective team collaboration to achieve established goals and targets Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel internationally to construction sites Support coordination with contractors and consultants, with a focus on technical alignment and buildability Projects will primarily focus on the USA and Canada regions, with potential support for global projects depending on team workload, as well as possible involvement in building-scale projects based on business needs Perform light administrative duties and support local office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations (estimated at 5-10% of the role) Real Estate
