In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our skilled engineers, playing a pivotal part in designing innovative drinking water and wastewater projects. Key Responsibilities:

Execute intricate architectural and design tasks, leveraging creative design concepts and advanced professional insights.Work with design teams to utilize Revit effectively for generating equipment schedules and comprehensive quantity reports.Guide the design process, create detailed technical drawings and specifications, and oversee project timelines and budgets.Manage diverse projects encompassing various types, scales, and complexities.Stay informed on the latest enhancements in architectural methods, codes, and materials.Conduct thorough feasibility and operating studies to assess various systems and approaches.Ensure quality control on assigned projects, maintaining high standards.Assist with business development and the creation of proposal documents as required.Review and approve standard AIA contracts and other relevant correspondence.Travel to job sites as necessary.Meet project budgets and deadlines while delivering exceptional results.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Maintain mentorship and leadership within the team.Foster an understanding of the company's structure and design workflow.Establish and enforce company-wide drawing standards, complying with client specifications when applicable.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required.Professional architect license is essential.Experience in the consulting industry is preferred.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.Familiarity with zoning regulations, building codes, and various construction/site systems.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.As an employee-owned firm established in 1997, Donohue & Associates has flourished to over 140 employees in our Midwest offices.
