We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect/Designer to join our growing office in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate is flexible, passionate about design, and eager to learn and grow. You'll receive direct training with a gradual onboarding of responsibilities while working closely with current managers.

## What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and managing construction documents for various projects. You will coordinate these documents with engineers and other consultants, collaborate with project leads and designers, and lead a small team under the oversight of a Project Architect. You'll help maintain architectural standards, templates, and workflows across different project types. Other tasks involve assisting with preliminary site plans, creating presentation drawings for clients, updating existing portfolio drawings, and reviewing concept plans with clients. Additionally, you'll mentor and train junior staff through project collaboration.

## What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a 4- or 5-year degree in Architecture and brings 6-14 years of working experience in a design firm, with project experience in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft products. You must have keen attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with building codes and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude. Strong organizational skills and willingness to work across multiple project types and markets are essential. Please attach your portfolio when applying.

## Compensation & Benefits
