In this role, you will help shape the design experience from early client conversations through permitting and project coordination, bringing creativity, technical accuracy, and a strong understanding of residential remodeling to every stage of the process. 3+ years of experience in architectural or residential design. Experience with residential remodeling or new residential construction, including additions, ADUs, kitchens, and bathrooms. Knowledge of residential materials, finishes, construction methods, and Bay Area city permitting for residential projects. Experience coordinating with engineers, estimators, and field crews, and presenting designs to homeowners.
