Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Data Analysis, Tableau, SSRS, ETL development/architecture, and SQL scripting.
Hands-on expertise in developing data solutions, reports, and SQL queries.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Tableau/SSRS reporting, ETL architecture, and ad hoc SQL reporting.
Familiarity with Functional JADs, DDDs, and release management ownership.
