Architect (Experienced)

Description: At RDG, our architects are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of possibility for our clients and communities. We’re looking for an experienced architect to join our growing Madison office, bringing passion, creativity and experience to projects that enhance the built environment. Relationships and experience with the local state and government entities is ideal for this role. • Collaboration with RDG’s College & University, Health Science Education, Sports and Healthcare teams, as well as other market leaders • Collaboration with multiple disciplines, clients and the public • Essential involvement in helping to recruit and build the Madison office • Serve as mentor and resource for internal team members • Oversee projects from start to finish in order to ensure the best outcome for the client
