Relationships and experience with the local state and government entities is ideal for this role. Essential Job Functions: Regional leader for the development and maintenance of client relationships in the Wisconsin Region.Collaboration with RDG’s College & University, Health Science Education, Sports and Healthcare teams, as well as other market leaders Collaboration with multiple disciplines, clients and the public Essential involvement in helping to recruit and build the Madison office Serve as mentor and resource for internal team membersOversee projects from start to finish in order to ensure the best outcome for the clientRequirements:Possess strong leadership, written and verbal skills to instill confidence and trust in our clients and staffServe as a resource for our Madison office, helping to grow RDG's brand and market shareCritical thinking collaborator with excellent soft skills, relationship and executing strengthsSound design communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated history of building long-term relationships with team members and clientsAble to develop successful strategies for helping to complete work on time and budgetEducation & Experience
