Key Responsibilities:
Modular Infrastructure Innovation: Drive the creation of modular infrastructure solutions that significantly shorten construction timelines, simplify installation processes, and lower costs. Off-Site Manufacturing & Skidded Systems: Develop standardized, prefabricated, and factory-integrated solutions that enhance OCI's data center deployments. Product Development & Engineering: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of modular products within global infrastructure. Manufacturing & Supplier Collaboration: Forge partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers to develop factory-built solutions that align with OCI's long-term vision. Schedule & Cost Optimization: Identify engineering improvements that curtail project duration, labor needs, and overall deployment costs. Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in the realms of industrialized construction, modular infrastructure, and engineering. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to capture insights and continuously refine modular solutions. What You Bring:
12+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, product, or infrastructure engineering. Proven capabilities in designing modular or factory-built infrastructure systems. A strong grasp of mission-critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Experience working with OEMs and manufacturing organizations. A track record of leading technical initiatives and creating innovative engineering solutions.
