Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles with proficiency in modern web frameworks (React/Redux, Solid JS, Flutter, Cordova) and expert-level programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Proven track record in architecting, building, and shipping engaging consumer applications at scale Experience with media frameworks and streaming protocols, including HLS and MPEG-DASH, DRM, and media playback on HTML5, iOS, and Android platforms; familiarity with MSE/EME, ExoPlayer, Shaka Player, or Dash.js Experience in connected TV environments with an understanding of the unique technical constraints and requirements of this space Demonstrated fluency with generative AI and experience actively using AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate product development Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders across the organization Ability to operate at both hands-on technical depth and strategic leadership levels Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and 15+ years of industry experience in senior software engineering roles What are some of the benefits?
