Architect (Full Time)

The Architect is responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures. This role involves creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client needs, building codes, and environmental standards. Architects collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders throughout all phases of a project – from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.
*Contribute significantly to all phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration

Develop innovative, context-sensitive design solutions that respond to client needs and site conditionsCoordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and integration across disciplinesAttend client meetings, site visits and inspections; prepare meeting minutes and field reportsResearch materials, products and systems to inform design and detailingEnsure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, ADA regulations and sustainability goalsManage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers*Professional degree in Architecture (B.5+ years' of professional experience in architecture
