At BHDP, we design innovative and inspiring solutions in architecture, interior design, and experiential graphic design to create more informed design solutions for our clients and communities. This role helps translate design intent into buildable, well-coordinated deliverables by anticipating risk, aligning consultants and internal teams, and driving quality and consistency-supporting successful results for clients and project teams. Drives issues to verified closure through active QA/QC (self and team) and documented cross-discipline coordination to prevent recurrence at later milestones and during CA. Works with others and cooperates effectively with the project team and consultants to reconcile design intent with constructable, coordinated deliverables, while communicating clear status, roadblocks, and next steps with predictable follow-through.
