In a state agency this class is accountable for performing as a specialist in the execution, design, analysis and coordination of work pertaining to all phases of design and planning for state buildings and institutions. Experience with renovation projects and interior space planning costing less than $1,000,000 Experience with AutoCAD Experience with design and plan review reporting for projects costing greater than one million dollars Experience estimating project costs and developing project schedules Experience utilizing the Connecticut Building Code Experience with the State of Connecticut DAS bidding and procurement procedures for public works projects and consulting services
