Compensation / Benefits • Provide space planning support and evaluate Agency 'Request for Space' submissions • Prepare and review CAD documents and technical designs • Coordinate architectural and engineering functions across projects • Assist in capital improvement planning and facility maintenance • Manage procurement processes and bidding for public works • Develop cost estimates and project schedules • Support master planning, pre-design initiatives, and programmatic/administrative requirements • Review subordinates' and external designs for compliance with specifications and codes • Engage with state agencies and consultants to maintain schedules and resolve questions • Produce reports and respond to inquiries as needed
