Celeste, our Associate Principal, is already on the ground there and ready for support — you'll work alongside her day to day, with the Austin team backing you both up, and real input into how the studio takes shape. ĒSO Architecture is seeking Architectural Staff (Level I–II) with 1–5 years of experience to support project teams across all phases of design and documentation in our newly established Colorado Springs studio. • Familiarity with Colorado (El Paso County / Colorado Springs) code and permitting is a strong advantage, though not required • Active participation in team learning and studio culture
