As an Architect I, you will play a key role in the design and development of new projects, ensuring compliance with design program and budget. You will also lead private sector design teams and provide quality assurance for new project requests. **Responsibilities:** • Conceive, develop, and have "on-point" responsibility in the detailing of new projects, including Capital Construction, Controlled Maintenance, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Life Safety. * Lead private sector design teams by interpreting the program/space requirements of various projects and reviews Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents to ensure compliance with design program and budget. * Prepare and evaluate requests for qualifications/proposals for professional services.
