Architect I: Design Lead & Project Coordination

With direction performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. With direction writes reports and specifications. Compensation Alignment: Baseline compensation for this position will be aligned to the salaries listed for the Architect Level I position defined by the AIA Compensation Report for the California Region. This is an exempt position as defined by the state of California. Works with PM’s and PA’s to manage the Construction Administration process to by performing regular site visits, coordinating the submission of documents to reviewing agencies and support construction administration (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, etc.)
