Architect I through V

A Civil Engineer with a minimum of ten years of experience managing & producing engineering deliverables. Provide various project accounting and control services as needed including coordinating and contracting of subconsultants, developing a list of meetings attended, analysis of budget and schedule, and issues and constraints related to the work underway, in order to support planned activities and schedule under the Design Director, the Design Manager(s) leads and directs the design development and supports delivery of projects within the Delivery Team 4 portfolio as assigned, including light rail, commuter rail, and bus rapid transit facilities. Provide services associated with design management staff; they will work with the assigned Project Manager to align on scope, schedule, and budget; change and risk management; project coordination within the team; coordination and meetings; and project status reporting. The Design Manager establishes technical direction and ensures integration across multiple disciplines while maintaining alignment with the agency and project manager goals. Promotes quality and safety awareness and adherence to safety policies and procedures; ensures construction contracts comply with safety certification requirements.
