Job DetailsDescriptionSelection will be based on your application, resume, and portfolio. In order to be considered, you will need to submit a portfolio with your application. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to shape architectural projects in a variety of typologies and scales for clients that include educational and cultural institutions, commercial developers, government entities, and local communities. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client's needsProvides professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projectsIndependently applies advanced architectural concepts and designsCarries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and proceduresMay provide technical guidance to less experienced architectsCollaborate with project teams during project design phases including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationDevelop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, presentation materials, analysis, and construction drawings and schedulesParticipate in the bidding and construction administration of projects including jobsite visits, review of submittals, and responding to contractor questionsCommunicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project objectivesContribute to office activities, initiatives, and participation in continuous learningMentor junior design staff in their professional developmentHelp deliver great projects with a sense of energy, passion and personal responsibility! Work is sedentary and often performed in an office setting.
