Job Description The purpose of this job is to plan and design, and/or facilitate the execution of new building designs, building expansions or remodels to meet established scope, design standards and general professional standards. Fully competent architect in all conventional aspects of architecture.Ability to lead and delegate architectural design work to a team of 3-6 CAD designers.Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data. This knowledge is understood to be limited to working knowledge for the purpose of coordination of a complete building design.Working knowledge and ability to apply and implement design standards provided under the guidance or regulations of others including the Corporate Architect and other Brand ArchitectsBasic Microsoft 365 skillsBasic understanding and interest in retail design and technologyAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and see them to completion.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlinesPossess the ability to lead effectivelyStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAnalytical thinking skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Travel required less than 10%
