This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design and documentation who contributes across multiple project phases and works effectively within a collaborative team environment.What You'll Do Work on multiple phases of design, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.Contribute to design ideas, evaluate options, and help develop creative and practical solutions.Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to support coordination and integration of building systems.Take ownership of defined project tasks and deliverables with increasing independence.Support permitting efforts and assist with submittals, RFIs, and construction phase activities.Apply design standards, codes, and best practices while continuing to build technical expertise.What We're Looking For We know that great candidates come with a variety of backgrounds.
