Work Type: Hybrid Eligible / Office-Based Develop architectural drawings, details, and construction documents (SD, DD, CD, CA) Support code research (IBC, ADA, local building codes, life safety requirements) Coordinate with consultants and engineering teams using Revit/BIM Participate in design and coordination meetings Assist with material selection and specification development Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, punch lists, site visits) Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project standards Support and guide junior team members when needed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (accredited program) 5–7 years of architectural experience Strong proficiency in Revit Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation Experience in healthcare, institutional, or commercial projects preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Work Environment This role offers strong technical growth, exposure to complex projects, and the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary AEC environment while advancing architectural skills and project responsibility.
