Demonstrates the ability to lead certain meetings, especially those that focus on coordination with the consultant and internal team. Consistently understands and embraces the architectural design approach as established by the Project Leadership and demonstrates the ability to integrate interior design with architecture to create a unified statement. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Materials, Systems and Equipment costs. Implements cost management strategies in collaboration with Project Leadership. May be required to work on a job site.
