Architect III

Field site visits frequently require a physical walk-through of site.Coordinate with all other team members on project assignments.May supervise, monitor, train and direct work of interns and less experienced team members.May take a leadership role within the project team.May take a leadership role in team meetings.May participate in marketing proposals.May perform other duties as required.HERES WHAT YOULL NEED Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.Must be a critical thinker.Must be highly analyticalMust be a fully qualified professional.Must possess technical capabilities.Able to perform work with some degree of latitude and with some ambiguity in work.Strong creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.The salary range for this position is 75,645.00 to $94,505.00 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting.
