To ensure proper delivery, please make sure you: - use a valid e-mail account; Such experience must have demonstrated: Knowledge of principles and practices of architecture and architectural engineering; Knowledge of structural design principles relative to the preparation of architectural plans and specifications; Knowledge of methods and techniques of building construction and construction materials; Knowledge of legal requirements of building; Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, fire and health regulations as they pertain to building construction; Knowledge of the fundamentals of structural, electrical and mechanical engineering as applied to architectural designs; Knowledge of engineering mathematics sufficient to perform structural calculations.Ability to design, detail and draw features which are pleasing and functional for buildings, structures and installations; Ability to prepare building specifications, cost estimates and quantities of materials; Ability to prepare perspective drawings and do related art work; Ability to make field inspections to secure essential measurements; Ability to plan, lay out and supervise the work of lower-level subordinates. Having the required number of years of experience will not in itself be accepted as qualifying for the position.
