General responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire projectServe as a subject matter expert on specialized systemsLiaises with Project Management, other Architects and consultantsDevelops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projectsCoordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategiesCollaborate with project teams during project design phases including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationDevelop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, presentation materials, analysis, and construction drawings and schedulesParticipate in the bidding and construction administration of projects including jobsite visits, review of submittals, and responding to contractor questionsCommunicate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project objectivesContribute to office activities, initiatives, and participation in continuous learningMentor junior design staff in their professional developmentHelp deliver great projects with a sense of energy, passion and personal responsibility!Required Skills
