Architect-in-Training

You should have the ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings as well as assemble construction documents. Contribute to design discussions and develop drawings, modeling and 3D renderings based upon those discussionsPrepare working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches and notesPerform initial design code analysis with the codes and standard of the authority having jurisdictionAssist in field verification and documentation of existing structures and/or existing conditions as required by the individual projectsContribute to the completion of construction documents and generate revisions and corrections from redlined documentsParticipate in construction site visits and client meetings to better understand the overall process and then prepare detailed technical narrative reportsUndertake job-related research, as directedAssist in the construction administration process including review of submittals, response to RFI’s, and coordination with contractors, design team, building officials, owner, etc. The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. This is a hybrid position in Denver,CO.
