Architect & Interior Designer - ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Miami, FL Position Overview ONE Sotheby's Development Division is seeking an Architect & Interior Designer to lead and enhance the architectural and design strategy across our portfolio of luxury condominium projects. This role is ideal for a highly experienced architect or designer with a strong real estate background, particularly in working with developers and brokerage firms on high end residential developments. The Architect & Interior Designer will work closely with developers, architects, interior designers, and our in house team to provide expert guidance on floor plans, unit mix, design trends, and wellness focused features. Requirements 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate development. Strong knowledge of floor plan optimization, unit mix strategies, and buyer preferences in the high end condo market.
