Architect - Interiors

As an Architect with our team in Baltimore, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients. You will collaborate with your teammates to develop design solutions and coordinate design through the construction documentation and administration phases of interior architecture projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program 10-15 years of relevant experience with interior architecture projects (must have interior architecture projects in portfolio - workplace interiors preferred) Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of building codes and standards, and permit processes Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills Licensed / Registered Architect LEED accreditation is a plus Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; If possible, portfolios will ideally include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview Please include a portfolio showcasing your most relevant projects for this role, in addition to your resume.
