Architect IV

The Architect IV candidate will have the ability to execute and lead all project types through design, documentation and construction administration as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct quality checking of documents for complex projects (e.g. technical verification of design calculations, documentation, design approaches) and drive overall project quality. Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch) or Canadian / International equivalent History of successful, cross-discipline project coordination and execution on a variety of project types Ability to develop (or guide development of) complete set of Construction Documents and Specifications for complex projects.
