Your Role In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your existing strengths in design and technical coordination while also beginning to directly manage client relationships. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior ArchitectureLicensed Architect required3-5 years of related project experience in design and implementationStrong Proficiency in Revit is requiredLEED accreditation and experience preferredExperience with Rhino, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Enscape is preferred but not required.Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirementsProficient in public-speaking, and in moderating large teams of consultants, contractors, and clientsWell-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future.Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituentsStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for mentorship, team growth, and innovation.Enthusiasm for contributing to the evolving culture of Gensler PX-where sustainability, equity, and design excellence are at the core of everything we do.
