Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.BA/BS in Architecture plus four (4) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Licensed as a registered architect or proven steps toward licensure such as exams completed, preferably in OH Knowledge of buildings systems and material. The ideal candidate will become an understudy to experienced architects to assist in the development of high-quality design and detailing for complex projects Diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields Accountable for larger portions of a project or process and prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members Responsible for initiating and developing design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project’s discipline leaders Under indirect supervision, completes design assignments of moderate complexity.
