ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Tippetts/Weaver Architects is seeking a full-time, in-person Architectural Designer to join our small and dynamic team in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

We are a full-service architecture firm with a diverse portfolio ranging from multi-unit affordable housing and custom residential projects to historic adaptive reuse and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate as a contributing and collaborative member of project teams. Contribute to all phases of architectural projects under the direction of the principals. Prepare Design Development and Construction, and coordinate with consultants QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited architecture program. 2–5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Understanding of architectural practice and the development of design concepts. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Clear and effective communication skills with clients, consultants, and coworkers. Understanding of construction detailing and an interest in technical drafting and documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
