THE ROLE

As an Architect – Level 1, you will participate in architectural work across projects of moderate size and complexity, spanning education, residential, and mixed-use building types. You will bring technical precision and design ambition in equal measure, contributing to a collaborative team that never settles for good enough.

Independently perform architectural design assignments on projects of moderate size and complexityConduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies; develop design layoutsPrepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant dataWrite reports, plans, cost estimates, and calculationsCollaborate actively with team members, bringing your full self and sharing sight on project directionResearch and record information in support of assigned project workWHAT YOU BRING

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Active architectural license (required)3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practiceProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project delivery softwareA detail-oriented mindset with the drive to build and re-build until it's rightStrong written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, ego-free spirit that thrives in a team-first environmentWHAT WE OFFER
