Position Available:: Architect Level 2

General Description:: WHLC Architecture is seeking an experienced architect with 6 plus years of experience producing and coordinating comprehensive construction document packages

Responsibilities:

Produce and coordinate comprehensive construction document packages, including specifications

Cultivate continued knowledge in building technology, and drawing standards

Work as a part of a team to translate initial design vision into practical construction details

Organize and contribute to project quality control reviews.

Desired Qualifications:

Architectural Licensure

Construction Document experience across a range of project and construction types

Knowledge of construction standards, techniques, technology and sequencing

6+ years of experience

Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Experience writing specifications
