3–5 years of architectural experienceOn the path to licensure or already licensedStrong Revit skills and design workflow proficiencyExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesArchitect Level II6–8 years of architectural experienceLicensed architect or nearing licensure Proven leadership in mentoring and technical problem-solvingExperience with public sector or FEMA-funded projects is a plusWhat Youâ€ll DoParticipate in all phases of design and documentationSupport project planning, detailing, and consultant coordinationDevelop construction documents and contribute to project deliveryConduct code research and assist with project analysisMentor junior staff and foster a positive studio culture (Level II)Help resolve technical challenges and keep projects on track
