Open Positions

Architect Level I
3–5 years of architectural experienceOn the path to licensure or already licensed
Strong Revit skills and design workflow proficiency
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Architect Level II
6–8 years of architectural experienceLicensed architect or nearing licensure
Proven leadership in mentoring and technical problem-solving
Experience with public sector or FEMA-funded projects is a plus

What You’ll Do
Participate in all phases of design and documentation
Support project planning, detailing, and consultant coordination
Develop construction documents and contribute to project delivery
Conduct code research and assist with project analysis
Mentor junior staff and foster a positive studio culture (Level II)
Help resolve technical challenges and keep projects on track
