The Architect is a licensed design professional responsible for leading any or all phases of architectural project development, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Provide code analysis and technical support to project teams. Coordinate with engineering consultants; review drawings and ensure alignment with project scope and schedule. Minimum of five to ten years of experience working in a production role in hotel, restaurant, retail, senior living or projects with similar requirements. Ability to prepare and review specifications.
