Architect - LR

The Architect will be assigned to projects with design responsibilities in a variety of industries and construction phases of multiple projects. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheldAttend design and project meetings with clients and project team.Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationshipsParticipate in project interviews for new projectsActively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivityTravel: 10% - 15%CompetenciesExperience in Revit and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and time management skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skills.Qualifications / Prior ExperienceBachelor's degree in Architecture.Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire5+ years' experience.Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
