Architect (Market Leader)

Description: RDG is expanding our College & University market and we’re looking for a market leader with a focus on project management, client relationships and business development to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the college and university market, a passion for higher education design and the ability to manage teams and projects at a strategic level. Serve as the higher education market leader, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships Oversee project management efforts, ensuring quality, efficiency and strategic alignment with institutional goals Lead business development initiatives, identifying opportunities and collaborating with RDG’s marketing team to pursue new work Work closely with RDG’s College & University team to develop long-term market strategies Mentor and support staff in professional development and project execution Requirements: 15+ years of architectural experience, including leadership in higher education design Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully Established relationships with colleges and universities Entrepreneurial mindset—someone eager to grow RDG’s presence and impact in the market Licensed architect (or ability to obtain licensure)
