Essential Job Functions: • Collaborate with project team and client to develop design details and full construction documents • Growing into and/or serving as a project manager for projects of various scales • Assist with renderings and other digital communication tools to tell the overall design story • Learn, develop and push the envelope on design in key markets • Produce presentations that communicate our design expertise • Apply knowledge of codes and work with outside consultants Requirements:
