Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school5-10 years of related experience, including demonstrated success with workplace (office space) interiors projectsHighly proficient in RevitStrong knowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresAbility to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be doneExperience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancyFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written + verbal communication and client relationship management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and team-consciousAbility to handle difficult situations with tact, grace and styleMust have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships through successful project deliveryDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; Portfolios will ideally include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focusRegistered / Licensed Architect required.
