This role is an in-office positionDegree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program or equivalent6+ years of experience in commercial design; experience on multifamily design preferredExperience with Type III and/or Type V Construction projects preferred The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projectsDisplay strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills, and detailing Revit proficiency and technical excellence; experience with other 3D software preferredInterest in sustainable design Professional registration or anticipation of registrationStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detailFlexible attitudeAbility to collaborate in a diverse project team environment Confident presentation ability Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clientsExperience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination is requiredCorgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
