Position Overview Lead complex municipal/public-sector architectural projects through all phases of design and construction while providing guidance to project teams and supporting client relationshipsProvide leadership and oversight to project teams, consultants, schedules, and deliverables to support successful project executionCollaborate with Principals and firm leadership to support strategic client relationships, project pursuits, and growth opportunities within the municipal marketRepresent Stengel Hill within the municipal sector through professional organizations, industry involvement, networking, and client engagement opportunitiesProvide technical leadership, project coordination, and quality control for project documentation and deliverablesParticipate in client meetings, presentations, consultant coordination, and project interviews as neededPrepare and review construction documents, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and construction administration documentationCoordinate with internal design and technical teams to ensure projects align with client goals, project scope, schedule, and budgetMentor and support the professional development of architectural staff and project team membersMaintain working knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting processes, and public-sector project requirementsSupport business development efforts, client relationship management, and municipal market growth initiatives, as applicable Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureActive Florida Architect license requiredMinimum of 10 years of progressive architectural experience, including experience leading complex projects, managing project teams, and supporting client relationshipsDemonstrated experience with municipal, civic, government, or other public-sector project typesStrong knowledge of building systems, construction materials, detailing, and applicable codesExperience managing projects through all phases of design and construction administrationStrong communication, organizational, and client relationship skillsRevit proficiency required; working knowledge of AutoCAD a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
