Job Overview The selected candidate will be working in a team of four, comprising two Architects (licensed and in-training), one Electrical Engineer, and one Mechanical Engineer, conducting visual inspections of New York City public schools in both Brooklyn and Queens. There will be a 3-week training to catch the architect up to speed with the project’s specific methodology and processes; after the first three weeks, the architect will then be scheduled to inspect school buildings with his/her team. Responsibilities Ability to use company-provided iPad and application to complete inspection;Knowledge of architectural components, including: building exterior (envelope), structure, roofing and drainage, and familiarity with ADA guidelines;Licensed R.A. in New York State with a minimum experience of 5 years.Preferred Experience Requirements and Qualifications
