Architect or Architectural Draftsperson

In this Full-Time position, you'll collaborate with designers and our production team to produce functional, beautiful spaces. From remodels to custom new homes, you'll help lead projects from concept to construction.

Primary Responsibilities:


Create detailed construction drawings and permit sets
Modify plans per client feedback and field conditions
Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and internal teams
Use Chief Architect for drafting and visualization


Qualifications


Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar CAD software
Solid understanding of residential building codes and construction methods
Experience in both remodels and new builds
Strong communication & creative problem-solving skills
Degree in Architecture/Drafting preferred (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Skills:

Interior space planning
3D rendering & visualization
Familiarity with permitting processes
