Working under the direction of the Project Architect or Project Manager, this role oversees construction document production, consultant coordination, BIM implementation, quality control, and mentoring of production staff to ensure accurate, coordinated, and timely project delivery. Perform building code analysis, life safety reviews, and accessibility coordination, and assist with permitting and plan review responses. Lead quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure document accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm standards. Technical Knowledge Extensive knowledge of building construction, construction documents, building systems, structural and MEP coordination, accessibility requirements, building codes, specifications, and sustainable design principles.
