We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Have an architectural license; over 6 years’; design and technical experience; contract and negotiation skills; leadership skills; mentor and planner of team/staff; mature; organized; business development; business relationship with client. · Participation in weekly Project Leader meetings with a working knowledge of projections of billable work, the staffing that will be needed, and the scheduling necessary to meet client expectations. · Suggest potential projects to be photographed to the Managing Principal. · Where possible, provide client referrals to our other offices as may be appropriate.
