Role Description The Architect Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, responsible for guiding projects from concept through construction. Daily tasks include leading architectural design efforts, coordinating with internal team members and external consultants, preparing drawings and documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all project phases. The role involves overseeing project schedules and budgets, managing client communications, and facilitating design reviews and coordination meetings. The Architect Project Lead will also support integration of software tools and workflows, review technical details for quality and compliance, and mentor junior staff to support project delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering built projects across multiple phases.Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration related to design and documentation tools (such as BIM, CAD, and collaborative platforms).Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and progress toward or completion of architectural licensure is preferred.Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality control.Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Experience with building codes, permitting processes, and construction administration is beneficial.
