ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and construction documentation.Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.Prepare construction documents and specifications.Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.Conduct site observations and construction administration.Support permitting and project closeout.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture.Registered Architect preferred.8+ years of architectural experience.Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
