Architect Project Manager

Since our founding in 1969, the focus of our expertise and most of our current work supports education, housing, and workplace design. We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager in our Workplace studio to work in our Rochester office. The incumbent of this position must be a Licensed Architect or may be unlicensed but carry 15+ years of Architectural design experience. Job Description • Be familiar with firm-client contract or agreement for the design and delivery of the project and the client’s objectives and expectations totaling up to and including approximately $10M construction value. • Provide services defined in approved firm-client contract or agreement for construction administration.
